Clinic Updates

I cannot believe that 2024 is coming to a close! I want to wish you all Happy Holidays and all the best for the start of a New Year. It has been a very busy year at the clinic and I want to thank you for your continued support of my small business. I understand that it is very difficult to book in with me which is why I am no longer taking new clients except for those that are referred by yourself and other clients for day time appointments only. Since late afternoon and evening appointments are of the highest demand at the clinic, they will be solely reserved for my current clientele only.

I will be taking time off this year at Christmas. The clinic will be closed from December 24th until January 2nd for the holidays. As most have noticed, my schedule is almost completely booked until the end of January 2025. If you need a January appointment, please let me know what day and time would work best and I can add you to the waitlist and inform you when there is a cancellation. With it also being cold and flu season, I typically get quite a few cancellations at this time of year. Please try to give me as much notice as possible if you have to cancel your appointment so that I can contact an individual on the waitlist to fill it.

January will also be bringing new hours at the clinic. Starting January 21st, I will be changing my hours on Tuesdays only to the following: 8am-12:30pm and 5:30pm – 7pm. This will allow some clients to get treatment before work and an added evening appointment with help with the demand of later appointment times after work.

Stay safe this holiday season and I look forward to seeing you at your next massage therapy appointment!

In Health,
Jen Medeiros

COVID-19 Update

Due to the State of Emergency announced in Waterloo Region this past week and the mandate put forth by PHA and my governing college (CMTO), I will be temporarily keeping my Massage Therapy Clinic closed at this time. As I am unsure as to when it will be safe to reopen, I will be contacting clients on a weekly basis who have an upcoming appointment to cancel their treatments and will be placing them on a rebook list for when this outbreak has passed.
